Lime Jello

For the last couple of years, my friend Tony and I have had a little friendly cooking competiton as part of our private Facebook group. The first year, we each made and ate a dinner featuring canned haggis. Last year, we did a macaroni and cheese with Spam cookoff, and I included some traditional mid-century Jello fruit salad as the side dish. These are the individual bowls of lime Jello before going into the fridge.

For both of these challenges, I made short videos, which I will dig up and share later this week. We’re coming up on the time for this year’s competition, so ideas are welcome!
